I'm guessing we'll put Gurriel at 1B, and after a while we'll start White or Reed when they're ready? I'm still not giving up on Reed I think he can be a huge left handed bat in the future.

At some point somebody is going to be left out. Let's not forget about White either. First and an Outfield spot (Depending where Springer plays, Reddick at a Corner) are up for grabs

Bautista is more likely. Short term deal, big $. Cespedes probably wants a bigger contract which might not be able to work. I think Bautista ends up in Boston though

Don't think Bautista is any more likely than Edwin. <5% chance we sign either one. Gurriel is primary 1B, some DH, Gattis mostly DH, some C, McCann mostly C, some DH. As always, Marwin can sub in at 1B if needed

Love the dude, but if we were to package one of the young core guys for an ace as opposed to emptying the farm system, Springer makes the most sense
ETA: we'd obviously need to make another move for an OF if that were to happen. But that could hypothetically the big contract we give out since an ace wouldn't be a FA signing

Like the moves. It brings us veteran presence that we were lacking. It's not the huge splash deal but it goes and helps fill voids we need.
Now we need to go out and get the true #1 starter. If we can get #1 guy, cy young Dallas, McCullers,and Jabronie that is a nice 1-4.
Btw what do you think we do with Castro now we have McCann. He does not really have trade value and why have 3 fathers on the roster anyways.
