Also to you all that have watched any sort of Spring Training, how we looking?
Verlander pitched 2 good innings. Other than that, literally nobody of importance has played. I'm talking like A ball and rookie ball lineups.
I think some starters are supposed to play this evening

Gotcha. Thank you.
I'm curious to see if our lineup will still be elite without Correa or will we take a step back. Another year older for Brantley and Yuli, but another year for Yordan and Tucker. Got some holes with Pena, Chas, and Maldy I think though. Really badly need a good year from Bregman.

Tuck is going to establish himself in the near elite category this season. If that happens and Yed can become more consistent I think our lineup will still be one of the best in baseball
Uncle Mike will always produce when he’s healthy imo, just not counting on him being healthy too much
Yuli posted a pic to social media of him having lost a lot of weight which we should file under the intriguing category
Think most of our success will depend on the development of our young pitchers. We said that last offseason thinking of Enoli, Abreu, etc and they showed they were dog shite. Thankfully Garcia stepped up

This, and more of the good Altuve that we all know and love.
We have to assume that 2020 was the aberration.

Bregs is a .260/.320/.430 hitter now who will tap out at 20 home runs. He is happy with his life and wife

Oh, so he's Gleyber Torres with power?

Correct but Torres back at 2B which means he shall return

A couple new signings will play tonight. Goodrum at SS and Lewis Brinson in left. Chas and Ted are the only starters tonight, I believe.

Bums.

Our starters are so worn out from the off season that they need to rest the entire first week of Spring Training.

If he isn't, you have Amedisys, but there goes your UT guy.
Or, now Goodrum is your UT guy... and that's bad. That's not ideal.

He was DFA’d last year. He’s got a gig doing stand up in The Parthenon now.

That's what Bregman sees whenever he looks in the mirror.

Off topic. But I’ll be returning from Eastern Europe to go to my wife’s (no pics) nursing school graduation and we are getting to go to the Saturday game against the Blue Jays April 23rd. Jacked. Jacked, I tell you boys.

Great start for the offense against DeGrom. 15 pitches, 11 strikes 3 strikeouts

7 pitch 123 inning for Stink

I’m low key rooting for him individually this year.

Niko Badrum is no Correa with the glove.
Stink looked decent. 2IP 1H 0R 1BB 1K. FB velo was 93.

He’s going to get a shot in the rotation to start the year I’m sure with Lance still hurt. I didn’t love his attitude about it but the circumstances were rough for him. Signing late, getting hurt, basically never getting a chance to get settled
