Um...per capita Ruston is the richest in the state and up there in the south.

Ruston's per capita income reported for the 2000 census was $14,573, far from the richest in the state.

Must not claim his main residence as Louisiana, as Forbes only lists one billionaire in Louisiana, and thats Patrick F. Taylor's wife and she lives in New Orleans.
I have nothing against Ruston to throw that out there.

Guy have you ever been to Ruston....the non Tech side of the interstate? Theres many neighborhoods with massive houses. I've seen Ferraris and Lambos and Vipers. Theres a ton of millionaires in Ruston.
