it actually more fair to not use wood, because you know the bigger programs would then have a huge advantage.
true.
Plus LSU would have a HUGE advantage.
Jack Marucci, LSU's head trainer, makes custom wood bats for a good number of the premier hitters in the MLB.

37-4 is pretty fricking impressive, not gonna lie.

there will most definitely be some sort of run rule in effect next year, i guarantee it
a run rule in the NCAA tourney kinda sucks, but i think a 12-15 limit after 7 innings would be fine
this game will be like the 1998 title game between arizona st. and usc that ended 21-14, the next year they changed the bats

I'm really not seeing it.

i mean its going to be the game that people look at when they discuss a run rule in the NCAA Tourney
like they did in '98 when they talked about less violent bats

Gotcha. I didn't really follow college baseball until 2009.

Ohio St. should just stay out of the south.

OSU gave up 71 runs in 4 games lol

I just don't understand how this can happen. Clearly OSU is a decent team if they can get to a regional final. Speechless

the big 10 has no bussinees sending any team to the College tourney
they stand as much chance as a C-usa team does in a BCS game

And still won 2 games
I mean this is pretty embarrassing for OSU, but it really makes UGA look real bad

Poor ole Marist.

If FSU already had one loss I have faith that the buckeyes and their impressive 2-0 knockout record would have been on the opposite end of things. Its clearly all in the mind.

And I get why people are making fun of us, but we still went 2-2. We still finished 2nd out of 4 in the regional, and eliminated two teams, one of which was the defending runner-up that most thought we had no business beating. I mean, it seems like it would've been better had we just went 0-2.

I think Ohio St. came in a little undermanned in the pitching department
