Making up for all the money I lost on NFL slowly but surely. Love alot of the games today.

I'm usually in Vegas for the tourney and I'm not this year, so I'm not keeping track of spreads for it would depress me... but I would bet the crap out of this one if if I were there:
There's no such thing as "free money", but that is a great value bet. Without knowing spreads, I'd be tempted by UNM, Ohio St, and Murray. And Wisconsin usually has a crazy over/under (too high or too low), so I'd look at that given Vandy wants to push pace.

It has good value, but even without Melo Syracuse is a hard matchup for KSU. They don't have a ton of knockdown shooters.
However, this Syracuse team plays the 2-3 about as bad as I've seen a Boeheim team play it recently. Yes, they have length, so that makes it look a lot better than it is. But Boeheim is more about knowing your spots and responsibilities in the zone. The length is supposed to be an added bonus, not a crutch.
Plus, they can't rebound out of it either.
I could see this game going in two opposite directions honestly. Wouldn't surprised me if either team won by 10 points. So yeah, good value. Even if I do think Syracuse wins the game.
ETA: One good thing I like to do is compare how teams did against a similar style opponent. Baylor and Syracuse are very similar to me. K-State played two close games with Baylor in the regular season, winning one of them. Then they lost by 8 in the conference tournament. However, I watch a lot of Baylor basketball, and Baylor played very, very well in that game.
I'm taking K-State (+6). However, I think Syracuse wins the game.

I had one nightmare year which I don't like to talk about*, but I've made money on every other tourney trip. We do it a lot and I hate to say we have a system because systems are stupid, but we do have tendencies we look for.
*OK -- I'll mention it. I lost every single bet on Thursday one year, and most of those by less than a basket. I was friggin cursed. Dug out of the hole a bit, but I got killed. It was a trip to Vegas so awful I lost in the poker room with a full house to a four of a kind.... twice. I felt like I was in a movie my luck was so awful.
