Leinart, Bush, & Bradford all beat out the previous Heisman winners who were returning (White,Leinart & Tebow). Vick was the preseason favorite over Weinke. Grossman & Harrrinton were the preseason favorites in 2001.


Ii didn't say they were THE favorite I said they were favorites meaning everybody had them as candidates. Eric Crouch was just as much a favorite as Grossman and Harrington. Also nobody picks repeat winners so yeah.

Dark Horse: Braxton Miller. He's a game and made HUGE strides through the season with shite for talent around him.
