Zbo is the most underrated player in the NBA. Too many people that don't watch the Grizzlies play on a regular basis, don't realize what a complete player he has become.

no.
yes, Josh is the 3 when Collins starts (and Josh is healthy; if Josh is out, they'll slide Horford to the 4 and start Collins or Zaza). but he's still primarily the 4. they don't start Collins consistently, it's mainly against Dwight and other teams with big 5s that give Al trouble.
