I'm sure they don't care, but they aren't going to be hosting any LGA tournaments or USGA qualifiers anymore.

I don't care too much about a range

I would possibly join if I lived out there

I don't know the going rates around baton rouge right now but membership at Coppermill isn't expensive.

That sounds fun. Maintenance doesn't take care of the neighborhood any longer. The hoa hired a company to handle all that. Its definitely a fun layout.

I worked for a landscaping company that had a contract to take care of it. We only cut the rough on the golf course. The course did their own fairways and rough.

All they do now is neighborhood streets, the swimming pool, tennis courts, the park and the front entrance landscaping.

I played this course yesterday for the first time since it opened. It was not nearly as nice as I remembered it. I think its went downhill considerably. There are tons of houses now which was not there when I first played it. It was very cheap but it took forever to play it (which others have said). I will look for other options in BR from now on. The layout was still great though.

I played at Kosati Pines this weekend. That course was in great shape. The only confusing thing was, they flipped the course since the last time I was there. So 1-9 now use to be 10-18 and vice versa. Regardless, it was in great shape.
