Go back and find the thread when Urban was hired/rumored to be getting the Jags job. There was a good contingent on there saying it. And me and others who said "Not so fast" were mocked and DV'd into oblivion.

Urban, like Saban, can't be a dictator to pros. They will just laugh at them. They also can't out recruit their competition in the NFL. Both guys are solid coaches, but they were/are the best recruiters in modern CFB, and that's why they won like they did.
Urban in the Big 10 even had a schedule advantage, which, even in the shitty AFC south, he won't have.
Cutting Gardner Minshew was the first indication that he had no idea how to run an nfl team. Veteran QBs are the engine of your team. He also seems to still have all these college gimmicks like showing favoritism and such. shite just ain't going to work in a league full of grown arse men and elite coordinators who dont have to take half their game plan time to recruit 17 yr olds, and instead focus solely on beating your arse.
