I suppose I did. Not a flame attempt but there are quite a lot of jerks that are LSU fans. There are also a lot of pretty cool people who support LSU as well. Same goes for ULL fans. I guess I'm just an example of someone who loves both. However technically I'm told LSU fans don't care about ULL so it shouldn't matter that I like ULL if that were the case.

Same here. I have nothing against ULL and pull for them when they're not playing LSU. It's a shame they lost to JSt and hopefully they can get their shite together and come out the losers bracket. The talent is there. The coaching is there. The guys just need to put that loss and the pressure that comes with hosting behind them and move on. One game at a time.

I really think we just aren't used to being the top dog and didn't handle to pub very well. Hopefully this embarrassment wakes them up and they play better today.

I dont follow UL-L closely but i watched the entire game tonight. Your pitcher, Robichaux was everything as billed. Very impressed with his stuff. The 2 JS rag arms kept your hitters off balance. Defensively some outstandin plays by the Cajuns. There is no doubt you guys will be playing Sunday. I just dont know enough about your pitching depth to win 2 against probably Moo St. Cajuns won't go quietly. Good Luck.

To be honest, I was very concerned when I saw JSU was starting a soft tossing lefty. We've had problems with them all year. Everything showed up but the offense. They can still win the regional, but it will take the offense coming to life and getting two great games out of Baranik and Boutte

Always pull for La teams unless vs LSU. Was elated for USL when the Palmetto Kings in early 00s CWS wins vs USCe and Clem.
That said, felt MSU would win the Laffy Regional before yesterday, and now feel much stronger they will.
ULL felt the pressure yesterday, and now with an 0 run effort vs SWAC team..SWAC O-fer on the brain..will press just as they did vs JSU..
Just don't see them besting a savvy HC Cohen coached MSU team used to nutting-up in post season play.

It's going to take Baranik and Boutte each pitching well and going deep in games. If the offense can get going and they can save Wilson and Hicks they will be just fine.
