I saw images from the parade and just being honest, the crowd size was super underwhelming. Not trying to start shite, I just figured the crowd would be much much bigger. The Cleveland Cavaliers had over 1.3 million for their parade a few years ago....and the Cavs are the 3rd favorite team in Cleveland. If the Browns ever win a Super Bowl, there will be over 5 million for that parade...rain, sleet or snow. Just figured a 50 year championship drought for the Chiefs would draw a massive crowd.

what was strange to me was the their turnout for the Royals vs the turnout for the Chiefs. The folks over there are extremely passionate about the chiefs, far, far more than the royals. That being said, The Royals parade was impressive, and the chiefs was underwhelming.

What kind of crap did they throw?

I mean as you said weather.
28 degrees and snow vs 60 and sunny.
I have to admit, if the gamecocks won the title and it was 28 and snow (even though I don't live in Columbia)
I'd prefer to not take off from work that day and I'll watch the stream.

Yes weather plays a part, but how they view the chiefs vs the royals is that significant.
