If nothing changes between now and next season, you will likely be right, but that has not been true up until this point. When Tech joined the WAC it was a good fit with Tulsa, SMU, Rice and UTEP. After they left it was no longer a fit geographically but was still a good situation for money and exposure.
In the last few years, despite our bad record, we have had 2-3 ESPN games each year. On top of that, Boise and Hawaii have brought 3 BCS payoffs to the conference. The SunBelt cannot offer any of this (not that the WAC will either after this season). When you couple this with the last memories people have of playing ULL & ULM, being when we were destroying you guys (even though that was 10 years ago), that is how you get the perception that we are too good for the SunBelt.

2 points here... Show me where ULM has had a winning record in FBS. Also, Tech offered a home-and-home with ULL this year and they turned it down to get paid to have LSU destroy them in Baton Rouge. You need to get your facts straight, arse-hat.

a) No. Find it yourself. You're not going to talk out of your arse as much as you do and then get me to do your homework for you.

a) I know that, and I support ULL turning Tech down for anything other than a permanent home/away series, especially since ULL is Tech's most traditional rival.

You're wrong. ULM has not had a winning season in Division 1A football. I see two 6-6 seasons, but NO winning seasons. You don't know what you're talking about. ULM joined Division 1A in 1994 and has not had a winning record since. They went 6-6 in 2007 and 2009. That is not a winning record, no matter how you fantasize that it is.
Then you talk about us not scheduling a home-and-home with what you call a traditional rival, yet support ULL for backing out of the arrangement. Now you don't even seem to have the ability for reason.

Keep searching. Fact: NLU/ULM has had two winning seasons in 1A.

It would pretty funny if all the schools in the WAC minus Tech voted to add UL-Laf and UL-Monroe. But it would never happen.
