Except we're the oldest and biggest university in the UL system, with the largest endowment.

ULM is the only university that offers a doctor of pharmacy, it's not going anywhere. They are what they are. Both serve a purpose and are good schools. They are never going to be top 30 athletic programs and that shouldn't be the measurement of a schools success anyway.

The pharmacy school could very easily be added to La Tech.

They should ask Franchione if he wants to coach again he would be my first choice. He built the foundation for what TCU is today after decades of shite.
