Shitting the bed is putting it nicely. I have no blind hope for being in the BCS National Championship Game. Nice straw man.
But maybe it isn't such a bad thing to market our athletics as Ragin' Cajuns from now on after LSU took "Louisiana" back a few years.

Every fan base has morons. I thought this would be a good thread to put my CSB:
My wife is best friends with a woman that graduated from USL. The USL grad and her husband are big USL fans.
Last year, or maybe two years ago, USL beat LSU in baseball early in the year. My wife and I had gone to the game.
They next morning I get a text from my wife's friend saying "How about those UL Cajuns whipping up on those #1 LSU tigers last night!?" I responded that I was at the game and yall played well, etc.
LSU played USL later in the year and won that game. No text from wife's friend.
Fast forward to Tuesday morning. The husband of my wife's friend asks me to do some work for him monthly.
I never charge him because of my wife's relationship with that couple. If he texts me, its because he needs some work done. Never for anything else. Tuesday morning I get a text from him with a picture of an elephant fricking a tiger with his "Roll Tide!" added at the bottom.
Seriously, why do that?
