Louisiana always beats ULL.

Where does UNO rank among the schools since they left the LSU system for the UL system?
They are on the same level as ULL and Tech.
UNO was better off in the LSU system, until LSU started picking them apart when budgets got tight. The big hurt to them is that Katrina killed them, moreso than any other NOLA school...destroyed their enrollment, and declining enrollment is a death sentence when state appropriations are being whacked. They haven't recovered and likely never will.

ULM has more of a chance than Grambling being absorbed by Tech just because of the HBCU tag on Grambling's name.
I totally agree....I think Tech would benefit from getting ULM's Pharmacy school but that's about it.....hit delete on the rest.

Define "always"
1 win in six years in football
0/6 in baseball last season
0'fer in softball
3 wins in basketball the past 10 meetings
Yeah, they always beat ULL

Tech consistently outranks us in US News and Forbes.

ULL:
Forbes: 534
US News: 207-270
Washington Monthly: 102
LINK
La Tech:
Forbes: 471
US News: 190 and it and LSU are the only top tier public schools.
Washington Monthly: 160
LINK
Also to whoever said they should merge tech and ULM, I completely agree. I wish they would throw GSU in there but that wouldn't turn out very pretty.

How about the graduation rates? Last figures I saw a few years ago UL-L's were pitiful. I'd be curious to see how the others compare.

I assume it's a typo.
But those are some pretty sad numbers overall.

Yeah, but if you want really sad check out southern, grambling, and suno. I didn't want to post them because I might get banned for being racist. Louisiana (the state not UL-L) really needs to combine some schools to save $$$ and then invest it in the others.

But it wasn't called NWST then....it was called Normal College or something strange. Tech is the oldest @ 1894.
