Watson is battling his 59 year old butt off. What a champ that guy is.
Tiger needs to makes his bogey and is +2.
Boo Weekly misses a short par putt and drops to -2.
Sergio in the forest trying to hack out.

The mechanic reminds me of the Dos Equis "most interesting man in the world" guy.
He could very well win this tourney, but regardless, he will go in style. Stogie in hand.
update: Watson one rotation short of birdie on 14 and taps in for par. He's holding fast at -3 with 4 holes to play today.
Update: tiger with a possibly lost ball on shanked tee shot. The whole gallery looking for it and nobody can find it yet.
FYI..I would not help Tiger find his ball.

Miguel Angel Jimenez -- how often does that dude win in Europe.
He seems to always be in contention for every major.
I don't know how many times he's won, but he's made a shitload of money on the European and PGA tours. He's been around forever and is always hanging around. He's pretty popular with the other tour players from what I hear.

They find a ball nestled down deep but tiger checks and its not his ball. probably only about 2 minutes left to find it.
Update: Search abandoned and Tiger will play his provisional. There is something refreshing about seeing the best player in the world hitting the kind of shots I hit..
Update: The gallery finds the ball as tiger is getting ready to hit his provisional. Tiger comes over to see, but then walks back to the provisional. The commentators (Azinger) is saying he believes when you abandon your ball you cannot go back to play it if someone finds it. Craziness. Tiger is going to play his provisional.
Update: Tiger laying four hitting five now from just off the green on 10. needs to get up and down for Double Bogey.
Sergio squeezes in a trick down hill breaker for birdie on 15 to get back to even par.
Watson makes par at 15 and is still 2 shots off the lead with three to play today.
Tiger is going to be borderline on the cutline with 8 holes to play.

Dammit I wish I were able to watch right now. Sounds like today may be the most action we see all week!

Watson pours in a 45 footer for birdie on 16!!!
-4 and tied for second one stroke off the lead with two to play. All signs pointed to a complete collapse on the front but he's playing like he's 30 years old on the back. Awesome to watch. Sergio is getting a lesson up close and personal on what a real champ looks like.

Yep after long debate between Sergio and Lee Westwood I went with Sergio. Also debated heavily between Kevin Na and John Mallinger in Milwaukee before going with Maillinger. So far my 2nd picks are out playing my top picks

Just to clarify the ruling on the lost ball earlier. Azinger was wrong. You can go back after abandoning your ball and play it as long as you are within the 5 minute time period to find it. Once the 5 minutes is up you can't play it even if someone finds it.

I was a little disappointed in Daly's 72, but being even overall after two rounds is looking pretty damn good right now.

yeah he'll be in pretty good shape going into tomorrow. Can't wait for the weekend, with the Directv 4 channel coverage the next two morning will be great.

Tiger is way out of sorts. Hits an iron to be ultra safe off the tee on 12 and hits the iron right into the bunker.
Watson drills the middle of the fairway on 17.

Tiger Bogey on 12 and he is now +5 with 6 to play today. Cut line may stretch to +4 but he's got to get things corrected if he wants to be here tomorrow. 10 shots back of the lead.
Watson finds the middle of the green on 17 and will have a 18-20 footer for birdie coming up.

I can't remember the last time I've seen Tiger this frustrated.
