Turner should have kicked that ball. I know Diebler had made one shot but he could have hit from the outside.

Diebler had been fricking airballing threes all game. He was the reason they didn't have a solid lead. No way Turner was giving him the rock

The only foul I had a problem with was the one they called on Diebler late in the 2nd half where he picked the dudes pocket before half court. Awful fricking call.

Screw this foul bullshite. Tennessee won the game on the inside. Ohio State had chances to extend their lead and didn't. It cost them.
Congrats to the Vols and good luck. Chism had a hell of a game.

Yeah I was fricking pissed about that, especially since CBS didn't even mention it or show replay. Pretty shitty and inconsistent calls all the way around.

i see your point, but it's still dumb to take the shot that Turner did. Diebler is your 3 point ace. I would stll MUCH rather with a wide open look up top than Turner off balance in the corner blanketed by defenders.

Yep I knew Peej and the "Vols have never gotten past the sweet 16" comments would get them in. Damn jynxes work all the time.
I think Matta got outcoached tonight. He had no answer for the inside presences of Tennessee. I think he should have tried going to a 2-3 zone and keeping guys down low, but that just never happened. And he probably should have used his timeouts sooner, but I know he has coached that way all year.

Congrats to Tennessee, they definitely deserved to win that game. I have to admit that I didn't really give Tennessee a chance, but I was clearly wrong.
