Ruston won 28-13, but don't let that score fool ya. Denham had the ball down 21-13 on the Ruston 25 with about 7 minutes to play, but just couldn't punch it in. The Jackets played one heck of a game and they left it all on the field . . .

I agree weird game with bad weather and bad weather and they almost pulled it out. I listened to it on the radio and the Ruston folks were sweating it

I agree. After Ruston dominated the 1st half they seemed to be set to cruise in the second half...but started the second half with 3 turnovers in a 5 minute span making things more than interesting. John Simon from DS finished with 175yds rushing and Carlos Wilson of RHS with 178yds and 3TDs. Very strange game that started an hour late due to a light issue, and then the front came in in the middle of the game dropping the temperature drastically, and that was followed by wind and rain...
