Would he deserve it after this year? No. Will he get in if he does? Yes due to the Manning name and being a QB in the NY market. If he has a few more years like this year (being a top 5 QB), he would deserve in. He is 30 and in the prime of his career.

While this is true, I wouldn't point to a guy who undeservedly got in as an example of why someone else might deserve to get in.
