It's not the temperature with an ice surface, it's the humidity control or in this case lack thereof.
If you're the Sharks, you gotta come out with all you have to start the 3rd on the fresh sheet of ice, because after that and the surface goes back to what it's been, it'll come down to a tip/deflection game with very few clean shots.
