Have been struggling with consistency lately. Shooting anywhere from par to 5 or 6 over. Realized I was a little closed at set-up and my last two round have been rock solid 71-72 with 13 and 14 greens hit. I pretty much strictly play the ritz dove mountain and always tip it out. Need to get Weave and Beaver out here to play. See how the game stacks up here in te desert . 7900 yards 78.3 rating 158 slope!!!!

Well frick me that sounds intense...
It's weird you say that...I figured out I was closed at address and was shooting anywhere from even to 5-6 over, and since I fixed it have shot around 10 rounds in the low 70's consistently.

Also had my left foot kinda pigeon toed in. I have flared it out about 15-20 degrees at address and I am getting to my left side really well. The stats I have on this course are not joke. 6 par fours over 480. All par 5 are over 580. Shortest par 3 is 200. Nicklaus slopes greens and fricking desert everywhere. Brutal course to play every day but when I go elsewhere it's like playing a pitch and putt!

Oh ya ball definitely goes farther! Also helps that the fairways are fast and firm but that a-hole Nicklaus has all the fairways running I to the desert.
I hit it around 310-330 which still leaves some par 4s with between 190-230 yards home

Played college golf bro. No need to make stuff up. Been playing since I was 3. Balls goes out here in the desert. Probably closer to 290-310 in BR

Speaking of embellishing, your own course guide has the rating at 77.2 and 145 slope playing 7,852.
