It was 108 here today and no breeze. No way in hell I'm playing anytime after 10am.

I almost never play before lunch. My body just isnt awake in the morning.

Yep. 137 at Stone Mountain and 135 at Collins Hills. Picked up at 10 those rounds since my handicap was still 40+.

I remember 4 or 5 years ago when I got back into playing shooting a 124 at LSU.

For you guys new to handicaps, make sure you account for equitable stroke control

If you enter your scores hole by hole, your stat program should handle that for you, but it basically sets a maximum score you can take on a hole for your handicap calculation

Being that im a 9 index, I can only take up to a double bogey.

I shot an 82 today with one triple bogey so I input it as an 81

Mid-to-high 80s. A round in the low 90s here and there. Though I did shoot a 103 at Webb friday, bounced back with 89 today.

We should get a yahoo golf group for posting scores.

Shot 84 at Saddle Creek in lewisburg, tn. I've got to keep the doubles and triples off my card and I'll be good.

I just melted down and shot the first round over 100 in a month, at LSU. I put 3 balls in the water on #16! Three jacked every GIR I hit. It was awful.

I did drop some bomb long putts though!

ETA: It was a 101.

My take away lesson from this round was I'm improving in my tee shot accuracy and my approaches.

I just had two meltdown holes that killed the round for me.

Played yesterday and shot a 51 on nine. Played a good round, but Mcavoyed a hole. Par 3 over water and instead of dropping after my first water ball I wound up depositing another sleeve in for a total of 4 balls, then FINALLY got one on 2 putted. Its been a long time since I had a double digit on a single hole.

can anyone recommend an Android app for handicapping and stats? finally getting to where I can shoot under 100 consisitantly, with dips into the 80's, and would like to start tracking what it is that is going right on my good days, and what is going wrong on my bad days, etc..

I shot 85 saturday. Played awful, lost money and got stung in the head twice by red wasps.

Hit the ball much better yesterday. Didn't make a putt. Shot 78. Dude I was playing with hit a hole in one. Another dude shot 65. I lost more money.

golfshot is the best for stat tracking and they email you a scorecard after your round.
