Just finished the front 9 at the wetlands and the bottom fell out.

A good thing I guess. Had 3 doubles. Think I finished with a 44.

Course is in great shape.

That means I have to drive to BR...which is not appealing to me.

Jumped on Webb around 4 after the storm blew through.

Par, Birdie, and then battled wet grips due to the steady drizzle the rest of the front 9 and strung together a bunch of bogies on 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 before deciding to give up after my drive on 8 was way the hell right.

took a tiny little tip from a pro on my posture, and it turned into my best range session ever. I'll find out in the morning whether or not it translates to the course

nothing wrong with that. played my drive in last years tournament from the big tree by the #17 tee box made par

ETA - my expectations for this years tournament is squat. I don't suspect I'll shoot better than 78. I hate golf.

Yes.

I just got through cleaning my clubs and drying the grips. I almost considered switching out my irons with another set (a set that I hit 10-15 yards longer with each iron) but I'll stick with these tomorrow since I typically hit them with more consistency.

Didn't get to the back nine but it is a few hundred yards shorter than the front so I think I'll be fine.

Gonna clean my clubs tonight. Borrowed a friend's gap wedge just for #15. I'm not sure if not having a range is a blessing or a curse.

If I can stay away from a bad hole, I'll be around 82 or so.

I think I have a torn something in my left shoulder. It's been bothering me for the last 2-3 weeks.

I hope it isn't muddy as hell tomorrow. I hate playing when it is wet.

I played after the downpour and it wasn't bad on the front 9 except in the hard pan areas under the trees and around the cart paths.

I tee off at 7:10 so I get to play before 116 other golfers frick up the course.
