Raducano could get it.

Hell, they both could get it.

Fernandez is on fire and keeps taking out top ranked vets. Hard to not go with her.

As for who I’d walk through a mine field to hear her fart through a walkie.

Rads.

The women's matches have been a lot of fun. I really enjoyed Fernandez Sabalenka last night. Sabs started at an amazing level, but couldn't keep it up. Fernandez hung in there. I thought they both played well until the last game when Sabalenka lost it. Amazing composure from Fernandez. Her draw was loaded, never would have picked her to make it through.

Radacanu's run has been incredible. As a qualifier she had to win three matches just to get into the main draw. I believe in the nine matches she has won to get here that she hasn't lost a set. 2-0 nine times in a row. Also think she is the first qualifier to ever make the final.

These are two of the most amazing runs ever. I think the only other slam Raducanu has played is Wimbledon this year and that was because she got a wildcard. Fernandez has beaten the 2, 3, and 5 seeds, and a former world number one.

And she was great at Wimbledon until she had that panic attack or whatever it was.

Yes, the quality of opponents that Fernandez has beaten to get to this point is incredible.

When she beat Osaka I thought it might have been Osaka's mental issues, but then to beat an in-form Kerber she had my attention. Following up with svitolina and Sabalenka, wow. Those four have all been three setters also, so she has shown great mental toughness.

And Radacanu, I think you are right, this is just her second ever major that she has played in. She made it to the fourth round of Wimbledon after getting that wild card. I think she retired from that match.

Seeing Felix at +400 to +550 right now and Zverev +190 to +210. I think that is pretty good value on the dogs.

First set to Medvedev. He is at a huge disadvantage starting these return points so far back in the court, but he did get a break of serve.

The odds for Daniil were longer than my....
Well let's just say they were pretty long.
That said, even though I didn't wanna lay my entire account to make some paltry sum, I wasn't taking FAA either. I literally couldn't imagine a set of circumstances where Daniil loses that match.

On fanduel currently:
Novak-245
Alex+200

I'm very tempted to lay favorite here and chalk it up with Novak. Yeah yeay, Alex is playing well. Yeah yeah, he's been on the court four hours longer than Novak. Yeah yeah, he's young and this is his break-out year.

All that may be true, but at the end of the day, Novak Djokovic is still way way WAY better at tennis than Alex Zverev.

It was a pretty good match for the first couple of sets. I thought he controlled the first and absolutely should have won the second with one or two set points on serve. Oh well, it makes for a better final.

Can’t stomach to watch this as a novak fan. I think he’s out of gas although if he wins this in 5 I like his chances in the final.
