There is nothing wrong with the driver door. If the car was locked she would have busted a window and unlocked the car and then just pulled him out the door. No way she could lift an unconcious tiger from his seat and out of the back window. You would think he wouldve had a better excuse.

im not taking his side or defending him but if you drive new GM vehicles the doors are locked in drive. and she wouldnt want to bust the glass on the driver window get him out cause it might cut his arse all up. so she may have busted that window out unlocked the front door and dragged him out. but who freekin knows.

Yes I would have believed this but the report was that she broke the window and carried him out the back window.

Wait, seriously? She carried him out the back window instead of opening the door?
Looking at the picture of his house, it would make sense that she ran across the grass while he had to go around that road. She could have jumped into the road right by the hydrant. He swerves to avoid hitting the crazy bitch and nails the hydrant. Panic/lost control/etc leads him into the tree as well.
And why pull him out if he's unconscious/injured? I'd also like to know if the neighbor that called 911 did so by request from the crazy bitch. Cause if all this happened and she herself didn't try calling for help at all...yeah...my arse

He makes the turn out of the driveway and then wifey comes running along (yelling where the hell are you going or whatever from their argument) and hucks a brick or something through the window... it scares the shite out of him and he hits a tree

how did the golf cart get there?
there are so many questions to this thing. what i do know is that he is "not perfect" and it "will never happen again". what the hell does this mean? never cheat on his wife again? never drive while on pain killers again?

I still don't get how the airbags didn't deploy. I know they're not supposed to deploy under 33MPH. But if an Escalade is that messed up at below 33, I certainly wouldn't want to crash one at 70 !
