I hope this isn’t a boring fight

I remember when fighting 3-4 times a year seemed pretty standard, lol. Now it's a huge deal for a "name" to fight more than once every 9 months.
yea it's absolutely ridiculous.
3-5 times per year should be the goal, with 2-3 times per year being the absolute minimum.
unless it's a legit injury reason.... if a fighter doesn't fight at least twice a year, wish the UFC would drop them completely out of the rankings whenever they hold out and dodge opponents for months at a time. make them completely start over.

5 is where I draw the line as being super active. Once a quarter is enough

As long as Corey is willing to just sit there against the fence Merab should just keep kneeling the hit out of his hammys.

If your game is I’m gonna knock you out unless you take me down and make me uncomfortable so I quit then you don’t belong in the UFC. I don’t belong in the UFC because I’m not a professional fighter. Pro fighters should at least fight hard. All I want to see is a guy to give everything he’s got. Once you get to the point in your life where you aren’t willing to give everything, then UFC isn’t for you. It’s Dana, or the decision makers, to step in and say if you aren’t all in you’re out. Not personal, but I can watch people tap on arm bars in any small town in the US. I watch the UFC to see great athletes commit to their martial arts discipline with reckless abandon in a way that only passionate individuals can. AND, I’m on the couch for yelling at the TV when my old lady is trying to sleep, so who’s the idiot here? Yep, me.

Sandhagen had a much better first round than what I expected.

Merab's having trouble figuring him out it looks like.

Merab caused a huge bruise on Sandhagen's calf.
On closer inspection, it may be a tattoo.

Merab has some power for a little guy.

Yea, don't know how tf he's not out cold

Merab should give up on the takedowns for a bit and just knee the shite out of Sandhagen's lags against the fence.
