I believe he just knock him down with it. Bader did land some clean shots when he was on the ground.

I found it. Beat him 15 months ago.

You do realize that Matt Serra knocked GSP the frick out? Serra is just a fat, slightly above average 155er.

Who beat Chris Lytle who is a natural journeyman at 170.

Johnson is a hell of an athlete, but I don't see him beating GSP, Koscheck, Alves, Fitch or even Hughes for that matter.

not now, but he's only 24. He's got freakish size and athleticism. He's got really good, explosive striking and was a national champion wrestler.

He has to fine tune his hand position when he throws a punch and obviously submission defense. He has as many physical tools as anyone I have seen.

+1 I didn't realize he was this young. You can tell he is a really good natural athelete. I do like his kick boxing.

I hope not. I can't stand watching Griffin fight.

The UFC's new golden boy just got man handled.

Wrestling 2
Jiu-Jitsu 0

I picked Nover to win, but I found myself pulling for Efrain because there wasn't a peep said about him. All this GSP and An Silva comparions about Nover got old. I bought into it, I'm not going to lie, but nothing said at all about Efrain.

Well we know what Nover's weakness is. He will get murdered by a guy like Sean Sherk.

How about straight up Amercian wrestlers dominating Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both main events?

Effrain worked that guy. No shame in that at all. I was very impressed. I do think has improved since he was on the show significantly though. His g n p was very nice the first 2 rounds.
