Aided by one of the dumbest targeting penalties I've ever seen a player commit UConn is able to drive the field and go back up on Liberty 28-27.
Basically Liberty had UConn stopped around midfield w/a sack. QB had been pulled down and was essentially sitting on the ground but for some reason a Liberty player decided to launch into his helmet.
Liberty fans are also currently melting down on Twitter over the refs in this game.

Looks like it should be an incomplete pass to me.
Maybe they'll say it's not conclusive. I would be ticked if I was a Hog fan if they did that but I'm not.
