Well, it was an observation...part joke explanation..
And no it wasn't wrong, getting in last night would have medically helped them, they would still have the adrenalin and long arse flights and time zone change affect you physically most on the 2nd and 3rd days after a full day rest. That's why it's called lag.

Jet lag does not usually occur if the individual crossed just one or two time zones. I'm no doctor but research proves it. I could care less. Enjoy March Madness

this doesnt particularly surprise me. Nothing about this Arizona team has impressed me all year.

They really weren't that great this year.
Their style just works in the tournament.
And they got a great draw. Arizona has awful guards and that doesn't cut it against Wichita. And then Miami can struggle to score at times.

I feel like people always put faith in teams with good recent tourney history. I always pick against that, but I feel like I'm always wrong.

They can just completely suffocate a team defensively. And I feel like in the tournament, especially early, teams panic and lose their identity when they struggle to score.
