Adam, you don't know shite about soccer. Go tell your fat chicks who you think is going to be the last pick in the draft.

Why the frick would I be jealous of a country that has done jack shite for 44 years? Whoop dee doo they won the World Cup when they hosted it. Call me when they figure out how to qualify for their own continent's tournament.

Portugal England Euro 2004

Portugal England World Cup 2006

David Beckham's brilliant PK

I would link something from them choking in Euro 2008 but they didn't qualify

If he wants to come into the House of Pain, he better be prepared to JUMP AROUND. If he doesn't, I'll serve his arse like John McEnroe.

My sentiments exactly. My prediction England falls short but gets the "Also Participated Award"
and the "Perfect attendance" awards for showing up to all their matches...

I think England advances to the quarterfinals, unless somehow they draw a Germany or something in the Round of 16 I could see them getting dropped earlier.

when's the last time the U.S. got to the quarterfinals in more than 1 tournament in a row?

England is always a favorite, and they always under perform. They've got the talent to win the whole damn thing, but they can't figure out how to play with each other. Then John Terry goes and fricks it up even further.

When was the last time you made a relevant point?

fact is England always under performs. While that's true the U.S. still has a long way to go. Last world cup they didn't make it out of round 1. The w.c. before that they went to the quarters. I think the U.S. have very little chance to beat England.

I think you aren't giving the US enough credit. We're dogs for sure, but we can win. Either way we can still advance from the group. 1-1-1 is enough to get through. Beating the toughest team in the group in the first game of the group would be huge though.

I'm not disagreeing. I think the U.S. will do great. I just don't think they are on England's level yet.

You're right, we aren't. We can't develop the talent.
