Guys play hurt sometimes. Sometimes there are rumors or coaches and the media questioning if a guy will be healthy enough to play come game day. Happens all the time.
But I remember him being noticeably hurt and NOT needing to be out there.

Two words, and a name that rarely gets brought up in these discussions but I think deserves to be mentioned, Sam Bradford.
Yes he's good when healthy, but he's made 1.42 million per game played.
