That was what they played the big game on Mondays at the boat. 25/50 PLO. Peanuts compared to other places, but they used to get some crazy pots.

i like playing it in tournaments.. only played cash once and got all my money in with a monster wrap and missed of course.. I wouldnt mind jumping in that game one day though

I don't know if they still play it. This was a while back. I know Keith put it together, and I would assume most of those guys are in Vegas now.

They used to, but with ESPN only showing hold em events, that's what the out of towners want. And they are the ones paying for the hotels rooms and food, not the locals.

true, but a plo tournament in the middle of the week for the regulars wouldnt hurt

i was looking at kinder's weekly poker tournament and they actually have a pineapple tournament every monday and a half and half tournament on Saturday.

Pineapple is a game where you start off with 3 cards and discard one pre flop or after the flop depending on how you play.

Half and Half means half pot limit hold em and pot limit omaha

Yeah, I saw where he came back from being almost out, heads up. Same thing he did last year to win the LHE Shootout. The guy has made some big money in the last year.
