That's who I thought you were talking about.
They post the notable chip counts but they are in no way the actual.
In 07 I went on a pretty good run in the ME before the dinner break on day 1. Had my chips up to 76k before our dinner break and saw that the chip leader on all the monitors and when I got home to eat was a FT guy at 54k.

well they show Troy Webber with an even 200k at the break. up 170k.

probably still not the actual. There are so many people in those rooms they do estimations but there is no way they would even make the effort to go around to every table and get chip counts, even from the guys who look like they have a shite load.
Troy Webber has 50k in recorded cashes which isn't a ton but probably enough to get him noticed if he has a bunch in the ME as chip leader

doubt it probably begged a reporter to get him online. I have about 50k in cashes and there is probably zero chance id get noticed (especially since the media came a day late to wsop new orleans)

his 50 are recorded, meaning he probably has quite a bit more from tournaments that have some form of media but not cardplayer or bluff. It's not hard to get to know some of the guys who write for those magazines when you travel the circuit which this guy probably does. I am a small fish compared to a lot who travel/traveled and even I am decent friends with Rich Belsky and some of the older cardplayer media guys.

if he had any more they would be on pokerpages and they aren't.. not sure what you mean by his 50 are recorded everyone's gets recoreded..
bluff magazine ranks me higher than him.. for the time being anyway..
