Maybe now, but definitely not back in the 2000s. He had a well-known reputation of being a womanizing alcoholic who was very difficult to work with in films.

He's an awesome dude. My wife and I met him at a concert and my wife asked for a photo and he didn't just oblige, but at intermission talked to us about where we're from and stuff. Totally didn't have to do that.
