That's a really interesting theory.
The more I think about it- damn dude, you might be right.
Think about it- Jesse shoots and kills Gus. Gus is removed, Jesse no longer needs to hide as Walt assumes power. We can resume the story lines of Hank chasing after the blue meth and being a step behind Walt and Jesse. All the same players come back for the 4th and final season (Saul Goodman, Mike, perhaps Victor).
Holy shite. It all makes sense. Stick, you're fricking brilliant man...

Do y'all think Gus did, in fact, put out a hit on the Tomas to draw Jessie into killing range? He seemed rather insulted when Walt suggested this, but Gus seems pretty cold-blooded.

But is the DEA going to believe Jesse, the methhead who was assaulted by Hank?
