Didn't they show Dexter dumping a black bag in the bay (part of Nick's body) after he drowned Nick or was that part of the previews for next week? Seems like it was part of the episode. It was in the daylight and towards the end. Because I was wondering if he was just going to leave Nick's body then I saw him dumping something in the bay in what appeared to be the next day.
Guess I need to watch it again to be sure.

It was part of the previews for the next episode. Before that, it almost looked like Dexter was going to leave Nick's body where it was. Odd he is dumping the body during the daytime though

WOW I never even thought about that. But then again why would Jonah do that? Didn't he hate Arthur? Was it all an act? Maybe he killed his parents for the money?

There's no way Jonah killed Rita. Arthur Mitchell even eluded to the fact that he killed her when he was on Dexter's table.
He said it was "too late" and it was "already over". I'm assuming those words were referring to the fact that Rita was already dead.

How did he know Dexter's name? He had always presented himself to Jonah as Kyle Butler. Maybe Jonah saying Dexter Morgan was a hint that he had previously been on to him? Trinity/Lithgow wasn't one to break patterns.

Trinity wasn't one to break his pattern. Killing Rita after failing to kill a boy would have broken it.

next weeks episode looks amazing. dexter finally letting his dark side roam freely. i absolutely love the full circle the show is taking, tying in almost everything that has led to this point in dexters life.
theres just so much going on this season. could it be better than season 4? it definitely has the potential

I've been avoiding this thread like the plague but I finally got to watch it and holy Christ, this season looks like its about to get nuts.
Can't believe Trinity junior killed his mom and sister though....
They said in the preview they believed Trinity was back because his wife and daughter were found dead, but police don't know he's dead.
