I haven't had cable for 4 years now.
How do you watch LSU road games? How do you watch LSU baseball? How do you watch Hornets games? How do you watch college football? How do you watch Saints games that aren't on Fox, NBC, or CBS?
Yes. All of this. I want to know too.

No cable here; Apple TV FTW
MLBtv app for the entire season (purchased)
ESPN360 via parents log in (dirtbag move but whatever)
HBOgo same as above
Netflix
HuluPlus
Amazon Prime
HD antenna in the attic for local HD channels (initially had shite reception in the house so I moved it to the attic)
ETA: SEC Network will be on ESPN360

what's the difference between WatchESPN and ESPN360?

Same thing, it used to be called 360 (it might be the other way around)
ETA: I think it's actually called watchespn app when used on another device, and ESPN3 when accessed online.

can I stream ESPN 360 through a Wii?

I don't think so. Apple TV is like $100 and has tons of apps. Whatever login you use for ESPN will work for every other app as long as the person whose account you're using has subscribed to it.

I currently have a chromecast. If I get another streaming device for my other TV, what is best out of chromecast, roku, amazon fire, and apple? What do each of the latter offer that justifies the jump in price over chromecast?

I'm just going to get an xbox

I don't know dude, I just happened to buy an Apple TV while in Best Buy a year ago. It allows for some pretty cool sharing capabilities for apple products you may/may not own
Some people love Roku but I couldn't tell you the difference between any of them.

All of the people saying they have access to this or that, you need to explain in depth on how you are doing it or it will be assumed you are full of shite.
This is ridiculous. It's pretty fricking obvious dude. When you click on the app and it ask you to log in using a provided email and password what do you think you do?
You call up your fricking parents or bros and get it from them. Parents for free, or, at most probably cost a couple of six packs if its from your friends account.

That's just for 2 tvs, no DVR, and only one box, and 5mbps internet
My man
I'm paying $69 a month for essential cable (ESPN, ESPN 2, Fox Sports 1, Golf Channel, NBC Sports, etc) and I just added the SEC Network for $5.
I'm doing the 5mbps internet for $19.99
You're getting screwed

I agree. That's why I currently have nothing, not even internet at my new address. If Uverse was an option or if Cox wasn't going to absolutely rape me, I'd have it. Do you have Cox? Where do you live?

Bunch of free loading hippies in here. I wouldn't invite my friends to come free load on my couch for Monday Night Football. Pay for your own cable like an adult

Does anyone do this, and if so, how easy is it?
I do, but I use my parents HBOgo and ESPN (I pay them for HBOgo).
I also live a block from about 50 bars, so I just walk over if I care about the game
I need to setup my torrents to auto-download so I can get rid of Hulu +
