Been doing it for 2 years with just internet, Apple TVs, and HD antennas and will probably never go back. However, what makes that an easy decision is that I use my parents uverse password so that I can stream ESPN and HBO

Bunch of free loading hippies in here. I wouldn't invite my friends to come free load on my couch for Monday Night Football. Pay for your own cable like an adult

I don't think i've ever watched an away LSU game without 5+ other people

I watched a few Saints games at my house by myself last season and it felt weird

What kind of antenna do you use? Do you catch WLFT (MeTV)?

If it's my favorite team, I'd kind of prefer to watch alone

I use some radioshack one that was $40.

It picks everything up very well (including MeTV) except NBC. That's the only problem with it. For MNF I stream my laptop to the TV via NBCSports log on as mentioned above.

Yeah I understand. Not saying your friends are idiots..but I have a few that tag along for away games and the things they say annoy the shite out of me while watching.

Fapping and not wanting to deal with the one guy who's always like "Ugh we fricking suck" "Drew Brees way to earn that contract!!"

There's always one

At least UL loves Hud. One delay of game and idiots are cursing Miles like he just called 3 timeouts in a row

I have always had to watch the Saints alone for the most part. My dad watched them from their inception and has this increadibly pessimistic attitude about them. He basically refuses to watch them because it's "just too painful". Bitch, they won a superbowl 5 years ago. Quit being so dramatic! My SO is a huge LSU fan, but she doesn't like the NFL. Most of my friends aren't huge NFL fans either.

I like to watch college football (not LSU) by myself on saturday afternoons (my SO doesn't care about teams that aren't LSU) and I like to have it on while I do things around the house. I guess I'll have to invest in a Roku or Apple TV (leaning towards the latter) and get a better antenna (maybe a leaf) and just call it a day.

I have the roku streaming stick and the Chromecast. Really like both. Chromecast is easier to get started but Roku has more apps

I use this $10 one from Amazon and it works great and is tiny. I pick up all the channels that you find on the tv guide app.

I also have the Roku and the Chromecast. The apple TV and Roku are very comparable. I regret buying the Chromecast, not convenient at all.

Yep..just need the log in info of someone who has a plan that includes ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN U, SEC Network, etc.

Yup, I already knew that. Just answered the guy with a smartass comment because he answered me with a smartass comment. I personally dont like piggybacking on my friends/family because I decided to not pay for ESPN but they did. It's immoral IMO.

Ok, so it's agreed that the only way to get ESPN games is to steal from your friends/family lol. Just so we're clear on that.
