I really enjoyed it. I do have some small criticisms of it, but I'll save that for a spoilers/review thread. It had a great opening last night with over $9 million. Most people were projecting between a $60-$70 million opening. Over $90m is well within reach. All depends on WoM.

It was just OKAY. The special effects were great but that was about it. I left the theater feeling "meh."

just saw it andreally liked it. it was slow in some points, but they have to lay down a little bit of backstory since he and the mutos were unknown. the fight was unreal and the special affects were as well.
my only complaint (POSSIBLE SPOILER) is why would muto 2 leave a prime nesting site and move west?

Yeah, I'll elaborate more when the spoiler thread is made. i enjoyed it, but it was much more different than I expected. Way more attention was dedicated to mutos than I anticipated.
