Sam Hell (Roddy Piper) is one of the last virile men to survive nuclear war. His twig and berries become Government property. They actually put a lock on it.

Hmm I always thought Piper only made They Live i never seen him in anything else.

He's been in quite a few movies. Nothing really mainstream. They Live is my favorite.
This was made the same year as They Live. I believe it came out first.
