most, not all, of the girls posted have pics of them in other movies, photo shoots, etc. kelly was smoking hot on the show. like the glee chicks, for instance. yeah they are hot, but you dont see them like that on tv most of the time. milano, biel, cuthbert, winney cooper didnt whore it up on their shows, so they lose a point

Good point. The original question asked about hottest tv character but most of the posts mention the names of the actresses.
