Never noticed that was the scale in the cave on that painting before. Nice find.

I noticed the 1st one, not the 2nd one behind Widmore.

On the re-watch, a couple more notes:
- when they're at the bar, and Charlie is going on, Desmond looks over and says "enlighten me".....kinda prophetic
-When Eloise is scolding Desmond, she says "it's a violation" I dont know why, but that implies that there are a strict set of rules she's following. We all agree she knows what's going on, but that really solidifies that she is not only cognizant, but has an agenda, and for whatever reason, I dont think it's for the good of the rest. I got the distinct feeling she playing for the wrong team.
-Minkowski is more than just a bumbling driver. He knows alot more than he's letting on to Desmond in the alt timeline. I think he's the antithesis to Eloise
and on a side note, the actor playing Charlie has done a really, really bad job revitalizing his character - just shitty acting all around

I've also noted suspicious behavior from her. She did tell Desmond that "whatever happened, happened", which has been an MIB code phrase IMO. A she definitely can have a coldness about her.
I've been exploring the idea that some on here have suggested that the alternate timeline is one where everyone generally has what they want in life except true love. If this is the case, the "violation" could be Desmond and Penny falling in love. dunno
I won't rule out that she is still on Team Jacob though. We do know that she was brought to the Island by Jacob to become one of the Others (I think she was the leader at one point). Her loyalty would have to change at some point to be in with MIB now.
She might possibly be "above the fray" somehow though since she seems to have omniscience, although I think this could be attributable to what she learned from Daniel's journal.

Definitely. He also experienced temporal displacement while on the freighter which means he could be sensitive to flashes or epiphanies in the alt timeline.
