With all due respect, you need to take a moment and go over to the SEC Rant and correct your misinformed info about State's jumbotron not being HD in the Miss State Stadium Expansion Thread.

You posted that untrue rubbish and got hammered by state fans and proven wrong then didn't even attempt to take up for yourself or admit you were wrong.

Sorry, haven't been over there for a while. I've been saying this for like a year and no one has bothered correcting me until now, so I was still thinking I was right.

I'd like to hear you guys' thoughts on the MIB saying to the crowd outside the statue "I'm very disappointed in you" when he knocked Richard out and began to walk off....I thought that was an odd statement.

They've all been worshipping Jacob basically and not him. I can see why he may be "disappointed" in them.

No shite. That was odd as frick. Disappointed how? That they were helping Jacob? Does MIB have a relationship with them from the past?

I really didn't get that statement either. It's also pretty obvious now that Richard came on the black rock.

I'm sure he does with their predecessors who started the Others.

But you would presume that he would say something like that if it would mean something to them. Like he knows them specifically and they know exactly who he is as well. An intimacy.

Edit: I mean.. its like a statement of betrayal or something like that.

Why did the monster kill Eko then?

Or better yet, why did he not kill him... and then kill him? He didn't commit sins between those meetings.

And the monster killed the Oceanic 815 pilot in season 1 for no reason at all.

Eko was a Nigerian drug lord who had probably hundreds of people killed, and he says that he wasn't sorry for any of it. Its more of the fact that he was unwilling to repent that made the Monster kill Eko.

Maybe Smokey/MIB just focused on killing people that were a threat to his plans.

Eko was more determined than ever to keep pressing the button after he and Locke went to the Swan station.

Its the fact that he didn't have any remorse for his actions and didn't repent. If Eko would have repented, I think the Monster would have spared him.

My current theory about the Pilot is he died as soon as Oceanic 815 crashed. What Jack, Kate, and Charlie met was a form of the Monster. The Monster did this to scare the crap out of them and to put them in their place.

Who was it that the monster tried to take into the ground? It didn't kill this person, it tried to take them down in the ground but they got away somehow. I can't remember.

Swan = Hatch

Sorry, it's the 2nd time I've seen it in this thread. Wanted to clear it up.

Didn't the pilot say he could make contact with help by using the plane's radio? If I remember correctly, I think he got a signal right before Smokey snatched him away.

The pilot could have ruined Smokey/MIB's plan from the get-go.

This is still a theory in progress.
