I know exactly what movie you're talking about but I can't think of the damn title. There was also a scene where one of the kids turned off the water on a water slide when another guy was going down it. And a taco truck Mrs. Esterhaus used to visit. That was before they even went to the correctional facility.

I was young when i seen it without the parents knowing i think it was rated "R" i remember bits and pieces of it but i have no clue who was in it. I might just go to my grave without never knowing what movie this was LOL.
