The 'gunface' robot is Lockdown. He is a Decepticon bounty hunter who is apparently after Optimus (theory).
Galvatron was created by the humans from old Transformer parts (largely from Megatron). The theory is that he was built to hunt down Transformers for the humans but he eventually goes insane.
No one is expecting Unicron to make an appearance.
Ratchet will supposedly be killed in the film.

With Shia gone, I may give this one a shot if the reviews can stay around 50%.
