I mean none of them are really main stream anymore. Why wouldn’t they get them all back? (All the ones who are still alive and working)

I mean Carla has a full time job on a network show.
Dr Cox has a full time job on a HBO show with steve carrell
JD has a job working as a director on Shrinking and other movies
Not sure what Turk is doing
Sarah Chalke had a full time job on a netlix show and other movies
Jordan has a full time job on Shrinking
But I'm sure they would be doing this show if all the cast wasn't coming back.

I didn’t say they weren’t working just that they weren’t really main stream. Not a diss just saying.
Had no idea Carla was on a show good for her.
I’ve never heard of whatever show you’re talking about with Dr. Cox and Steve Carrell and I watch or at least know of most HBO stuff.
As for JD, Turk, and Elliot, well JD had his moments but none of them have been many major things in awhile.
Jordan, you’re right I forgot about Shrinking and she also had a long stint on Cougartown. She’s done well post Scrubs for sure.

I think it just finished filming last month. That's why Dr Cox could just jump into this.
