Richard convinces Bighead to become a VC of some sorts and pours some money into PP this season. Bighead gets a seat, and they ultimately are able to toss out Action Jack after it becomes evident he's an arsehole.

Seemed to me they were basically saying that his success as a CEO stems from him jumping on projects that can't fail. He doesn't do anything special. They made him look like an idiot in that little 60 second preview, did they not?
