True, but I believe he had already worked in finance and was just doing that to stay busy.

Regardless, get me some contestants who need the cash and aren’t there for the experience or social media fame.

Correct, he was just working at the airport to do something.

I'd imagine even with it being 26 days in the season, you'd have to be gone for at least 5 weeks, so that rules out a lot of people that are putting food on the table and can't take paid leave or ridk losing their job.

Jesse a few seasons back - remember him? It was like a gang banger that had gotten a phd or something lol. They tried to make it a sob story.

In any event, I still think y'all complain too much. The show wasn't going to stay stagnant for 25 years. I think the old era players were much more likely to just be models and influencer types than the median new era player.
