I really hope they don't stretch this out with the full police force trying to get him longer than this season. But I guess that Eddie will now always be out to get him, which with his last name makes sense. I just don't think the Flash should be a public enemy for Central City.

Moira Queen sent her to Central City, so I guess the writers figured it was a opportune time since Oliver was already in Central City for the Flash episode. Btw, good call on that one B&G.
And I also thought the fight scene was very well done. It showed how much of a disadvantage Oliver really was against Barry from a physical/powers standpoint, yet also showed Oliver's cunning and strategy being able to come into play.

not that its important, but did i hear the Police Captain, when he was talking to Eddie about a task force for the Flash, mention something about having a boyfriend?

Yeah, when I heard him say that I was like "wait, what?". Not that I care whether or not the captain is gay. It just seemed like such a random thing for the writer to throw in there.

Yup. Said something about his boyfriend wanting him to eat right at home or soemthing, so the only time he could eat not healthy food was as at work. Then Barry stole his breakfast.

They've said that the Pied Piper would be gay (as he is in the current comics).
They also said that they'd have another gay character (which I'm guessing is the Captain).
So... The "Boyfriend" might be the Pied Piper.

itll be interesting to see how they treat the character of Pied Piper. he has evolved and devolved so many times in the comics. will be bad, then be good, then bad? some combo of the two? how exactly will they treat his powers?
