nice little treat at the end
Nice preview. I am looking forward to this movie as much or more than The Lord of Rings.

out of curiosity why would you say that? I hope it's better and it has a better opportunity to be because jackson knows what to expect and has unlimited money for this movie. with that said it's gonna be hard to wait a year and a half for this movie.
Peter jackson updates on facebook so I seen that he posted the video.

I read the books when I was 16. The Hobbit was my favorite I guess because it was the first Tolkien book I had read and it was magical time in my life. The Lord of Rings trilogy was a great 3 movie sequence but honestly I think it would have been even better had the Hobbit had been produced first keeping the four book sequence in order.

I'm getting too hyped up for this. As much as I loved LotR (books and movies), the Hobbit has always been my go-to Tolkien book. I can pick it up and read it in a few hours, and I love it every time.
